Returns

• Unopened products can be returned for a refund no later than 30 days after purchase date.
• Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products. 
• Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods.
• Refunds are not available if the product has been opened, damaged or used under any circumstance.
• Discount codes cannot be added to an order after a purchase has been made.
• Misplaced pieces can be purchased online at www.sollbol.com
• Orders cannot be cancelled due to a customer missing a sale or promotion and will not be deemed refundable.
• Once an order is processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Orders cancelled before being shipped, or returned, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  

 

Shipping

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after processing, though delivery times may vary.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable
  

 

Limited Warranty

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. This warranty (the   “Warranty”) is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products, pursuant to the terms herein and at our discretion, and is subject to inspection upon return. 

This Warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, abuse, and failure to follow the instruction manual; alteration or modification to the product; damages caused by normal wear and tear; damages or defects caused by inappropriate maintenance, mishandling, or improper care; damages caused by transportation, incidental, or consequential use; lost or stolen products; damages caused by Force Majeure Events or negligence. Sollbol and its products are not weather resistant. Rust and other weather-related damages are not covered from our limited warranty. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. The purchaser waives any right to set off or hold back amounts paid or due hereunder against any other amounts owed for other merchandise purchased from Sollbol LLC

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original date of purchase.  Claims for damages, shortages or nonconforming goods must be filed with Sollbol LLC within seven (7) days after the purchase date and requires that you send your product or certain product parts back to Sollbol LLC along with clear photos and explanation of the damaged or defective product. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product or certain product parts to Sollbol LLC. 

Additionally, if you decide to accept delivery of merchandise that may appear to be damaged, please make note that the items were received damaged, next to your signature accepting the merchandise, if applicable. Should this happen, you must notify Sollbol LLC within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the merchandise and be certain to retain all original packaging. 

To be eligible for a Warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Please note that Sollbol LLC reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Warranty requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Sollbol LLC concludes that the purchaser has abused or misused the product(s).  Sollbol LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace a defective product/product part that is covered by this limited Warranty.  

Because Sollbol LLC cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited Warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Sollbol LLC or a Sollbol LLC authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Sollbol LLC reserves the right to reject Warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product or certain product parts to Sollbol LLC. Unless prohibited by applicable law, Sollbol LLC may amend or terminate this Warranty at any time without notice. There are no warranties implied or otherwise, unless expressly stated herein. 

Certain causes and events are out of the reasonable control of Sollbol LLC (“Force Majeure Events”) and may result in interruptions or delays in Warranty claims. Additionally, this Warranty shall apply to and Sollbol LLC is not liable for damages caused by Force Majeure Events, i.e., acts of G-d

Force Majure Events shall be understood to mean, events beyond the reasonable control of Sollbol LLC, including but not limited to, flood, fire, embargo, war, national emergency, sabotage, accident, governmental laws, ordinances, etc.
